Chef Katsuji Tanabe’s Chorizo and Chihuahua® Cheese Pizza is topped with layers of refried beans, Pork Chorizo, and delicious melted Chihuahua® Cheese.

    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

    Preheat a medium skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove plastic casing from Chorizo and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, crumbling with a spoon while cooking. Drain oil from Chorizo and set aside until needed.

    Place pizza crust in a large pizza pan. Evenly spread refried beans across pizza crust going all the way to the edge. Top with salsa verde, ¾ cup Chihuahua® Cheese Chorizo, and remaining Chihuahua® Cheese. Top with several generous dollops of Sour Cream. Evenly sprinkle with Cotija Cheese and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
