Our Enchilada Pizza combines authentic-style red enchilada sauce, tortillas, chicken, and delcious melted Chihuahua® Cheese from V&V Supremo®. One taste and you’ll say, Chi-Wow-Ahhhhhh!

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Pre-heat a medium skillet for 1 minute over medium heat. Heat oil for 1 minute, add chicken, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and stir until fully incorporated. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Set aside until needed.

    Evenly spread ½ cup enchilada sauce across pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Evenly layer chicken, ¼ cup onion, and tortillas across crust. Top with Chihuahua® cheese and brush the border with olive oil. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
