Chicken with Creamy Chipotle Sauce is smoky, creamy, and spicy. Supremo® Sour Cream, Chihuahua® Cheese, and chipotle peppers give this dish that extra mealtime wow!

    In a blender; combine Sour Cream, chicken stock, chipotle salsa, Chihuahua® Cheese, and garlic. Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth and set aside until needed.

    On a tray or clean work surface; season chicken thighs on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Preheat oil in a cast iron skillet for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Add onion to the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until onions are lightly browned. Add blended sauce, and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
