    Place a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add Supremo® Brand Pork or Beef Chorizo from V&V SUPREMO® and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up meat with spoon.

    Stir in the onion, celery. Mix and cook for 3 minutes.

    Add garlic, paprika and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Add tomato sauce and bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add hominy, broth, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve soup. Top with onion, cabbage, cilantro, radishes, avocado, and lime wedges.
