Ingredients
- ¾ cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- ½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- ½ cup celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup green onions, finely chopped
- 8 oz. jumbo lump crabmeat, drained, flaked
4 Steps to complete
- 1In a large bowl, combine Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO® mustard, hot sauce, and Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- 2Add celery, bell peppers, and onion. Mix well until combined.
- 3Add crabmeat and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
- 4Serve crab dip with crackers, or bread. Enjoy this delicious appetizer.
