    In a medium bowl; toss shrimp with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow shrimp to marinate. After 10 minutes, drain shrimp well.

    In a medium bowl; combine marinated shrimp, sour cream, celery, scallions, dill, Chihuahua® cheese, cotija cheese, and hot sauce. Mix until thoroughly combined, cover, and refrigerate until serving.
