For a creamy, thick, and easy Mediterranean style dip, try this butter bean dip perfect for your guests!
Ingredients
- 8 oz. V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/3 Cup Grated Brand Sierra® Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
- 3 14 oz. cans of butter beans, strained
- 15 oz. Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
- ½ tsp. garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. hot sauce, or to taste
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 2 tsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- 1½ tsp. fresh thyme, chopped

4 Steps to complete
- 1Place Queso Fresco Cheese and Cotija Cheese in the food processor. Cover and mix for 30 seconds. Stop the food processor. Add beans. And mix for 1½ minutes or until all of the ingredients are well incorporated.
- 2With the food processor still running, slowly add Sour Cream and continue mixing for 30 more seconds. Stop food the processor. With a spatula, scrape down mixture, cover and pulse. Once ingredients are incorporated, add garlic, hot sauce, lemon juice, salt, oregano, thyme and mix for 30 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
- 3Transfer the mixture into 2 serving bowls. Drizzle 1 tsp. olive oil and sprinkle 1/8 tsp. paprika over each bowl.
- 4Enjoy with bread, crackers or your favorite vegetables.
