    Preheat a cast-iron skillet for 1 minute over high heat; heat oil for 1 additional minute. Add corn and cook 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until lightly charred. Remove from heat and allow corn to cool for 3 to 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl. Combine corn, lime juice, cayenne pepper, chili powder, salt, Cotija cheese. Stir to combine. Fold in Sour Cream and Chihuahua® Cheese until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Garnish with cilantro and chili-lime salt to taste.
