    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

    Combine butter, sugar, orange zest, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 1 minute or until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. Add the flour in 2 parts and mix until incorporated, fold in Chihuahua cheese.

    Roll out the cookie dough onto a floured surface and cut out round shapes to ¼” thickness. Place them on a cookie tray. Roll out remaining dough and continue to cut out round shapes.

    Bake cookies for 15-17 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and allow to then cool at room temperature.

    Vanilla frosting: In a small bowl, add butter, sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Whisk ingredients until smooth and set aside.

    Ganache: In a small microwave-safe bowl, add sour cream, vanilla extract, and chocolate chips. Microwave ingredients for 15 seconds and whisk until smooth, set aside.

    Spread an even layer of vanilla frosting on the round shaped cookies.

    Add the chocolate ganache into a piping bag with a small round tip and pipe on a skeleton head onto the vanilla coated cookies.

    Let cookies sit out so the frosting and ganache can slightly harden. Serve and enjoy!!!
