1 cup Rancherito® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp.

confectioners’ sugar

¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
½ tsp.

vanilla extract

½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 (16 oz.) pkg.

fresh strawberries, washed, pat dry

1 Tbsp.

chocolate sprinkles

1 Tbsp. chocolate sprinkles

For whipped cream: In a medium bowl, beat together sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Beat at high speed for approximately 2½ - 3 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Keep chilled until ready to use.

Slice the stem off the strawberry, cut it as flat as possible for the base.

Slice the tip off each strawberry to make the 'hat’ and set aside.

Using a knife hollow out some of the inside of the strawberries and set aside.

Spoon the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Place the strawberries wide-side down and pipe out about 2/3” inch-high swirl of whipped sour cream into each strawberry.

Place the hats on top and pipe a small ball of whipped cream on top of the hats. Place chocolate sprinkles inward, into the swirl of cream to make the eyes.

Place 2 dots of the whipped cream on the strawberry base for 'buttons'.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Ho Ho Ho Enjoy!
