Two Cheese Waffles with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

   In a small bowl, combine the V&V Supremo® Crema Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream or V&V Supremo® Crema Rancherito® Brand Mexican Sour Cream, chipotle salsa and salt. Mix until well combined and set aside.

   Cut the V&V Supremo® Queso Blanco Del Caribe® Brand Cheese into 4 quarters. Stand up each piece and cut each quarter in half to make 8 slices.

   Preheat a waffle iron to medium-high heat.

   Place 1 slice of V&V Supremo® Queso Blanco Del Caribe® Brand Cheese in each quadrant of the waffle iron. Top with 1 tbsp. of Grated V&V Supremo® Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese, then another slice of V&V Supremo® Queso Blanco Del Caribe® Brand Cheese. Close the lid and cook for 4 minutes.

   Remove the cheese waffles with tongs and place them on a cutting board. Let them cool slightly, then cut each waffle into fourths.

   Serve with the chipotle dipping sauce.
