For the cheese: Remove V&V SUPREMO® Brand Queso Fresco Cheese Snack Pack Size from their individual package. Turn the cheese on its side and cut in half lengthwise. Lay both halves flat and cut in half again. Repeat for the remaining cheese. You should have 40 pieces total. Lay on a platter, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator.

For the watermelon: Place both slices of the watermelon on the cutting board, with a 1" diameter melon baller, scoop 40 spheres making sure there are no seeds.

To assemble: Place a basil leaf on top of the cheese slightly offset. Top with a watermelon ball towards the back of the curvature of the wedge.

Drizzle with balsamic vinegar reduction and secure with toothpicks. Enjoy!
