    Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Remove the plastic casing from the Chorizo and cook for 10-12 minutes, breaking up while cooking. Set aside.

    Place refried beans in saucepan over medium heat. Stir often. Keep warm.

    Place a large non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Heat the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side. Tortillas should be heated just enough to soften them.

    Spread ¼ portion of the beans off-center on each tortilla. Top with the same amount of cooked chorizo, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, and pico de gallo.

    Fold covering ingredients. Fold sides inward and roll the rest of the tortilla.

    Place burrito seam side down back in skillet over low heat for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
