Prepare a delicious green beans salad with Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese.
Ingredients
-  1 lb. green beans, trimmed, cut in 1inch length
 -  6 cups water
 -  2 Tbsp. salt
 -  1 cup roasted red bell pepper, julienned
 -  ¾ cup red onion cut in half moons
 -  1½ cups Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese From V&V SUPREMO®, shaved

5 Steps to complete
- 1Fill a large pot with 6 cups of water over high heat and bring up to boil; add 2 Tbsp. of salt add green beans and cook for about 5 minutes, the beans should still be crisp.
 - 2Drain beans and transfer to a bowl with ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again.
 - 3In a large bowl whisk together lime juice, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Gradually add olive oil while whisking. Add onion and marinate for 15 minutes.
 - 4Add the cooked cooled green beans, red bell pepper, and toss. Fold in 1 cup of Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese From V&V SUPREMO®
 - 5Serve salad and top with remaining Sierra® Brand Cotija cheese and toasted almonds.
