Ingredients
-  1 round loaf sourdough bread
 -  1½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 -  1 cup white onion, diced
 -  3 large garlic cloves, minced
 -  1-9 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry of excess water
 -  1½ cups artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
 -  kosher salt ½ tsp
 -  ¼ tsp ground black pepper
 -  1 cup Supremo® Brand Mexican Sour Cream from V&V SUPREMO®
 -  ½ cup Grated Sierra® Brand Cotija Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
 -  1 cup Shredded Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V SUPREMO®
 
4 Steps to complete
- 1Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut the top off of a round sourdough bread and hollow out the bread to make a bowl. Set aside.
 - 2Preheat a skillet over medium heat for 1 minute. Add oil and heat for 1 minute. Add onions, and sauté until translucent, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, add spinach, artichokes, salt, black pepper, sour cream, Cotija cheese, mix in ½ cup of shredded Chihuahua® cheese. Continue stirring, until the cheese and the rest of ingredients are combined and cook for 5 minutes.
 - 3Place bread bowl on a cooking tray. Spoon dip into the bread. And top with remaining ½ cup of Chihuahua® cheese. Place tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
 - 4Remove from oven. Let cool. Serve with your favorite crackers. Enjoy!
