Valentine’s Caprese Salad

Using a small heart shaped cookie cutter, cut out 4 hearts out of the queso fresco cheese wheel.

Cut each heart in half to form 2 thinner sized hearts.

Season tomatoes with pepper.

Evenly space 8 seasoned slices of tomato on a serving platter and place a basil leaf on each tomato slice and place 1 heart shaped piece of queso fresco on top of the basil.

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze on top of the salad, serve and enjoy!!!
