Our chicken fajita tacos are packed with vegetables, and oozing with melted cheese, a combination of ingredients that will delight the entire family!
Ingredients
-  ½ lb. (4 pieces) chicken tenders, cut into thin strips, then into bite-size pieces
 -  1 Tbsp. lime juice
 -  1 tsp. + ¼ tsp. kosher salt, divided
 -  ¼ tsp. + 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper, divided
 -  2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
 -  1 medium white onion, sliced
 -  4 garlic cloves, chopped
 -  ½ green bell pepper, sliced into strips
 -  ½ red bell peppers, sliced into strips
 -  ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
 -  1 (7.06 oz.) pkg. Shredded Mexican 3 Cheese Blend from V&V SUPREMO®
 -  4 (6 inch) flour tortillas
 
5 Steps to complete
- 1Season the chicken with lime juice, 1 teaspoon of salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Set aside.
 - 2Preheat a medium pan over medium high heat for 1 minute. Add 1 Tbsp. oil and heat for 1 minute. Add chicken and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Remove cooked chicken from the pan. Set aside.
 - 3Heat remaining Tbsp. of oil in the same pan; add onion sauté for 1 minute, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add bell peppers, season with the rest of the salt and pepper, add Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
 - 4Mix in the cooked chicken. Add, cheese over the chicken. Cover the pan; wait until the cheese melts, approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
 - 5Heat tortillas on a griddle or skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Spoon filling down the center of tortilla; fold in half. Serve and enjoy!
