About V&V Supremo®
V&V Supremo® is a Chicago based company founded in 1964 by Mexican (Michoacan) natives
Gilberto Villaseñor Sr. and Ignacio Villaseñor, who perceived a fundamental need in their community
for a fresh cheese that evoked the countryside of Central Mexico. From there the product line grew
to a full line of dairy and meat items. We have built our reputation through the years by offering
the highest quality products of their kind available in the market, crafted with a devout respect
for Mexican tradition. Today, the sons of our founders-Gilberto Villaseñor II and Philip Villaseñor
are at the helm, maintaining traditional values while introducing new products, state-of-the-art
